Delete your LooKey account and data
You can delete everything LooKey holds about you at any time. It is permanent.
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open LooKey and go to Profile, then the gear icon (Settings).
- Scroll to Your data and tap Delete my data.
- Confirm with Delete everything. The app then empties itself.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, write to us from the address you signed in with, or send the code shown in Settings under Your code for privacy requests. We reply within one month. Write to contact@lookey.hu
What is deleted
Your ID, your name, the link to your Google or email sign-in, the places you added (with their votes, suggestions and reports), your votes, suggestions and reports on other places, your alerts, and your feedback messages. It is removed from our server at once.
What is kept
Nothing about you is kept. Backups of our server are overwritten within about 30 days. Places other people added stay on the map.
